First couple lines of the original post:

Quote:

The guide is created to help people solve the following problems.
(1)People who want to transfer their broken iPod's files back to iPod or iPhone.
(2)People who want to transfer their iPod files to another iPod or iPhone.
(3)People who want to manage their iPod as hard disk but not just syncing their files by using iTunes.

This guide is designed for 1 post assholes who think that my forum, or any of the R/E/P forums are an appropriate place to put up posts that hawk their products.

Around these parts there is a thing called "advertising".  It costs money, but it keeps our little community alive which enables a high level of discourse as it relates to professional audio tools and production.

The post that used to reside in this space did neither, and now it is gone.

If this spam bullshit doesn't stop in the immediate future we will ban the IP address from the offending poster.

If the offending poster puts up a website with the information he wishes to disseminate, and buys advertising space which points to this information then they may be able to get their point across here... but posts that are of a purely commercial nature which do not serve the community will be relegated to editing much like this editing.

Just a little heads up from your forum moderator.

Peace.

Terry's original post [which echos my previous statement]:

bye

[Terry's post was only modified because without the original asshole's post in place, it was out of context]

an unscrupulous vendor must be trying to sidestep the advertising process (the paying part) and posting links to their world of wares.
