An advert, but a nice looking site.

So, some questions:

Do you do any selection...ie, do you test or listen to tubes destined for places like microphones (noise, etc.)?

What is your return policy, if any?

Do you ever "go out and find" a tube that someone might want, and that you might not normally stock?

Thanks for checking out our site and posting some comments on it. We do try to locate hard t find tubes for our customers. We have many relationships with tube suppliers so we can try to help find a tube or point you in the right direction. Some tubes however can be quite difficult to find as you already know I'm sure, we attend many radioshows and do lots of purchasing at these stores for our inventory. This is where we locate some of those hard to find tubes.

We do test all of our tubes for working order but not for noise etc prior to shipping, and we guarantee them for 90 days except for breakage, open filaments, or when not being operated within the manufacturers specified ratings.

Just a shout out that we will be hosting the Orlando Antique Radio Show November 8, from 7am - 11am. We put this show on three times a year and would like to welcome all to come out.
