Just went to check the mail-- can someone explain to me why Keifer Sutherland is on the cover of a crappy music supply catalog?

Is he in the Bacon Brothers band?

i don't know, i saw keifer on carson daly's show.  they were talking about that band on his label and i had never heard of them.  are they any good?
