Title: Disassembling a UM70

Hello,

Does anyone have ideas about how to remove the plastic "plugs" from the pattern select ring of a UM70, while doing the least damage to them?

I need to disassemble the housing and hate the idea of irreversibly marking it.

I used a very small flathead from some jewelers screwdrivers set. They came out fairly easy and I replaced them afterword.
