Title: [NTP] ELMA switches
Post by: 2000F on January 14, 2011, 10:04:59 AM
Hi,

my two NTP 179-120 compressor units needs their COMPRESSION and RATIO switches replaced. Lovely units, but can't work with the old original switches any more. Usually my tech would replace them with ELMA 6 position (8 poles and 4 poles) type switches, however, these days it is apparently only possible to buy 25 or more switches (before it was 10 pieces), and the tech therefore recommend (as the second best) Greyhill swtiches, which can be bought in quantities of 10.
But, does any of you wise men know of where to buy ELMA switches in small quantities?

big up
Frederik

i guess you were talking about ordering from elma directly?
the major electronic retailers (r/s, farnell, conrad, buerklin etc.) here in central europe should be able to sell you small amounts as well. you could also ask at the elma.ch headquarters for distributors and stores in your country. the swiss guys are very helpful.
