i owned one (actually two at separate times) and i'll argue that you dont need a large knob on the hardware version either. why they put the most giant (albeit nice) attenuator knob right in middle is beyond me. any passeq users actually use the attenuator???? when i had it, i used it for gain staging into the next piece of equipment--maybe thrice--but never for EQ level balancing. |
