Title: Looking for West Hollywood Studios
Post by: prairiedog on April 29, 2004, 10:54:44 AM
To record voice only on a semi-regular basis for a new Public Radio show. Need very high quality sound delivered in Pro Tools format, good isolation, reasonable rates, and a funky vibe. A cakewalk gig, with national credit..

Who's out there?

You might check out http://www.westlakeaudio.comI have never recorded there but I was over there a couple of weeks ago picking up some equipment & it was a pretty nice facility.

From what one of the techs told me the are pretty much SSL & Pro Tools. They were tracking some audio for American Idol the day I was there. There are a lot of other studios in this area, I'm supprised nobody else has mentioned any?

They are in West Hollywood on Santa Monica Bl.
