Title: Removing Loctite without Heat

I wish to remove the Meter from a real 1176LN. The Bezel/Bracket/Meter is secured by two long screw/bolts which are well sealed with red thread lock. Presumably Loctite.
I have tried a few solvents here with no luck. I would be most grateful if someone knows and will tell us the exact chemical best for the job.
There is no space for messing around and damage to anything would be very sad.
