Hey guys - My workspace is in a living room, rented house, you know the drill. I have some decent treatments in the room, and I'm planning to pack some of Ethan's traps in there too - but I wonder about trying to tamp down this ringing loud peak at 128 first. It's most apparent in my chair unfortunately. What's a good solution? Resonator of some sort? Open to suggestions here Thanks JW |

Thanks guys, that's what I reckoned. I have an absorber right above my head but I'm pretty sure it's not efficient (or massive) enough. Since it's just the one frequency, does it make sense to use a resonant device of some sort? Slot absorber? Helmholtz? Or should I just call Ethan and get one of his traps up there? JW |

I'd first fill all the corners (possible) with rockwool (or 703) before building any tuned device. |
