Hello Mauricio,
I am afraid there will be no inexpensive solution for your problem, especially if you intend to restore your U67 to its original sound:
The capsule shown is not a Neumann product, but a David Walker, Canada, copy of a K67 Neumann capsule.

Arguing the merits or demerits of installing such a capsule in a vintage Neumann mic in the first place is not productive here, but few would disagree that the original Neumann sound cannot be obtained with an aftermarket capsule, let alone with one whose diaphragms don't seem to be mechanically stable.

The only remedy to restoring original sound for your mic I see is through purchasing a new or used genuine Neumann K67/870 capsule, and having it professionally installed.

It might be easier if you just contact Neumann's service partner, Sennheiser, in South Africa:

South Africa
Tel.: + 27 (11) 482-2501

To send your microphone to South Africa seems an unnecessary long way from South America...
To find a qualified Neumann service partner for your country in Latin America you may copy and paste this link into your browser:
http://www.neumann.com/?id=service_servicepoints&lang=en
or send the microphone to our regional Service Center in the USA:
   Sennheiser Electronic Corp.
   attn. Neumann Service
   1 Enterprise Drive
Old Lyme, CT 06320 - USA

Oops! Thanks to my trusted editor and fact checker, Uwe, I misread continents and countries.
Oh well, South Africa, South America...  They are both South A!
