Title: Leslie cabinet not operating in both speeds

I have a 31H tallboy leslie retrofitted with two-speed motors and slow speed armature is dropping out of magnetism when engaged into chorale. When it is working properly it only drops slightly in tremelo, disengaging the motor from the rubber edge of the wheel. Now, when I put it into tremelo the spinning armature drops completely out of the magnet laminations. Very bizarre. Does anyone have a clue about this, before I get out my tools? All help is appreciated.

Turns out there has been a spring missing from underneath the slow motor armature. Not sure how it works at all without it, but it does, just intermittantly. Rick at Tonewheelgeneral.com set me straight and is helping me out. Cool guy.
