Hey guys,
I'm sick of manually replacing drums. Just started mixing a couple metal songs, and the process is almost impossible and extremely tedious.
Any suggestions for drum replacer/sampler plugins? I want to stay under $300 or so for now.

aptrigga is the best $50 you'll ever spend. you have to be careful with it though, because its dynamic tracking will change the tone of your samples slightly (roll of high end, for example)
it's VST only though, so if you're running PT, you'll need the FXpansion VST to RTAS wrapper, $100.
that being said, you'll never find one that does a perfect job, or even great job. always double check samples that you print.
