Has anyone experience with support from Izotope?
I'm having a problem authorizing my copy of Izotope RX 2
Sent an email to support yesterday at 9:30 AM
All I've gotten is a support ticket #
Nothing, nada, zip.
No phone # as far as I can see.
I'm not impressed.

I think they are in Boston, under a snow pile. Most folks there are shoveling out today and sitting by the fire at home.

I guess I hit them at a bad time with NAMM and the snowstorm.
