"Pro" seemed to imply working knowledge of the production techniques employed by Journey and not much else. |

Hmmmmm... I was the singer/bassist of a band called Four Pointed Sisters http://www.geocities.com/fourpointedsisters Unfortunately I don't think there is any place on the interenet our music can still be found......... The only thing I'm really engaged in now is videography, working for a place called Cass Advertising. We make commercials for local businesses. I'd like to think that the video and audio quality of our commercials has increased a lot since I started, but they can always be better. http://www.cassadvertising.com |

Cool commercials! Are the 1600 Pennsylvania Ave and Hatcher Homes spots shot on film or video? They look like film to me, but it's a hard call with Windows Media Player being as crappy as it is. I would love to work with film, but due to our client-base our production budgets won't permit it. We do a fair enough job with miniDV, I think. Your commercials are tight and very professional looking! How many people do you have handling production? |

i feel your pain as i'm just now starting to wrap up my bands record that's been "in production" for 4.5 years. anyway..... that's some good stuff. played well!! i can't tell you what i like about it, it's different then most anything i listen to you, but at the same time, it's not. i hate the "reminds of...." or "you sound like....." so i won't go there....but there are some really cool ideas, and the arrangements sound like you guys are really thinking about em. good luck finishing it off.....and hope you don't re-think the recording so many times that it takes 4.5 years to finish............ |
