Title: Audio KInetics ES 1-11
Post by: Overdrive on May 10, 2004, 03:33:47 PM
Hi,
I am in Europe. I have an Audio Kinetics ES1-11 synchronizer that went bad but I could not find Audio Kinetics on the web for help- do they still exist?
I wondr if you could point me to a place where I could service the unit and bring back my SSL - Studer A80 back to life?

Audio Kinetics is gone.  AMS/Neve bought the ES 1.11 and 1.12 synchronizer product but I think they went in to a black hole somewhere in there.  I used to service these things but that was quite a while back and I am not sure I have any of the docs.  I certainly don't have any PROMS.  Unfortunately I don't know anyone else...  which is too bad because the 1.11 and 1.12 synchronizers had a lot going for them and are probably the only product that could go up against a Lynx II module...  though the menus took a little getting used to.
