Title: New Guests Please

Who is the actual main moderator of REP? Fletcher? Are you the right person to give this request?
I ask because, while it has been all fun and good to have Dan be guest mod for the past couple months, it would be really nice to have a new guest and get some other intersting people and variety. Is anything like that in the works for January and beyond?

One presumes since that forum is labeled "Guest Moderator," that they intended to have various "guests." If they do not, then removing the appelation of "guest" would be in order.

I can see that it is confusing that Dan Lavry's forum has the 'guest moderator' moniker, yet Dan's forum is quite specific to his expertise in converters and digital audio theory.

umm.....Z...I think your missing the point...
If Dan's that great...give him his own forum......but he's a "guest moderator". Guests don't stay forever....and 2 months' is more than enough of a stay...unless a guess moderator here is a 6 month commitment...

Yeah... you're right, and I'm working on it. Sorry, I've been busier than a two dicked dog at a bitch festival so we haven't gotten around to the "next guest"... my bad, and I sincerely apologize.
We will try to have a "new guest" by the beginning of 2005, and have a line up of other guests to follow... I've been slacking on the job and deserve a kick in the arse.
Also, while it was good that this thread was posted in my forum [that way I saw it], it's not really an audio discussion so I'm moving it to the saloon.
Thanks for the kick in the butt... I promise Brad and I will get on it right away.

PLEASE don't get rid of Dan's forum! I've learned more in there in the past 2 months than have have for a long time. The guy has a lot of great knowledge and experience.

Well... Due to popular demand, Dan's been "made"
Starting soon [could be before the end of the week, definitely before the start of 2005] Dan will have a regular forum!!
Oliver Archut of TAB-funkenwerk will be the next guest.
