Title: SACD Author - Error message on CM verification

Please can someone out there help with an error message issue in my Sadie SACD Author programme?  I have been running CMs to AIT-1 tapes without a hitch until just now when I got an error message at the 99% point in a verification process for my CM. 'Cannot read from CM...'
I have re-run the CM three times and even re=written the Edit Master file and then re-run the CM, but it still refuses to verify.  I can't work out what is the problem as I have succesfully run and verified a different programme / disc in the meantime.  It is this particular programme / disc that will not verify.  Is it something to do with the EM or the SACD text file? 
Any help gratefully received.
