Sometimes it boils down to an extra half hour of work..just wonder if ppl are doing this kind of stuff gratis or extra charge... or how you deal with it? Thx.

This is happening more & more here as well.
I charge one extra hour for producing MP3s for digital distribution (including adding all the relevant meta-data such as ISRC codes) from an album already mastered.

Mostly done for a few "select" clients and we don't charge them.
