Title: Need Wow & Flutter Meter manual

Looking for copy of service or operation manual for either National VP-7750A   or Topward TWF-733 They seem to be the same meter just branded different. I've tried all the usual net searches and schematic sites with no luck.

I will pay for copy and postage, or original manual straight up.
