Just wondering about this addition for the DAW.  Would like to hear firsthand from anyone that has had the chance to give it a run.  Or atleast know of an enlightening review.

This is SSL's Duende forum page. There are some reviews on page 2.

I haven't read the SOS article. imo, they want WAY too much personal information just to buy a PDF file.

If you Google "SSL Duende review" you'll probably find more. I've noticed a few people saying it is the bomb shizzle on drums.

I couldn't stand it any longer. Mine arrives Monday...

Okay, I've been doinking around with this thing all afternoon. Decided to give my ears a rest and write a little review. I posted it at Sonikmatter. Click here if you would like to read it.

I hope you find it helpful. Do keep in mind I've never mixed on an SSL board, so I can't say how Duende compares to the real deal. But it sure knocks the stuffings out of a lot of plug-ins and budget analog stuff I've tried...
