I'll jump in and counter that it's a cultural thing, bus/buss...buss, as I have been told in a few places, is a British thing. I've always spelled it buss. Does it make me a bad person? Probably.

I doubt it.
However, SSL (who are English) spell it "Bus" and Waves (who are Israeli) spell it Buss.
I know, I know..."English," you're saying to yourself, "is a language. How can a console manufacturer be a language?"
Well rest assured that they didn't invent their own language when spelling the word "Bus" correctly in the singular form.
It's not like one of those inexplicable named things like "St. James's Park".
