URS EQ's?

sorry if this has been brought up before (gimme a link of a previous discussion if there is one) but what are your opinions reagarding these processors. I don't have an iLok so can't try them, but looks nice to me. your thoughts? any good, or just a pretty GUI/sucky sound..they are quite expensive.
