I just ran across this forum and it's kind of crazy because I subscribed to REP from the beginning to the end. I think I still have every copy, as well as db, and MIX when it was in a newspaper format.
I just wanted to share, if it hasn't been discussed already of a plug-in called "Drumagog". I used to use an Alesis D-4 drum module to repair drum tracks when necessary and even to enhance recorded drums. The recorded drum tracks would trigger a sample in the D-4, and I would have my choice of 99 kicks, 99 sn, and 99 toms. The problem was that the D-4 is very touchy, and is hard to dial in. I downloaded a demo version of Drumagog and was instantly sold. There is a group buy going on where if enough people join in, the price will be cut by 50%. ( $134.00 ) Anyone interested can check out the demo at
