I'm no schill for either Gates or Jobs, I have met them both but would not say I rise to the level of being a friend of either or sink to the level of being a schill.
I do like it when I see them compete and try to outdo one another and it is my fervent hope that in all this era of "techno progress" that digital sound quality gets improved. I believe that both the pro's who work with sound on a daily basis and the end-using public both deserve the best sound quality possible. And quite frankly, I don't think either the pro's or the public are getting what they deserve, I think they deserve better and I'm sure that improvements can be made.
