Any one ever notice (as I just did) that on 'Since I've Been Loving You' that the line including the lyric "7 till 11" concludes at 11:11 into the recording?
Is this old news?
Zep III is very near and dear to me--such beautiful sounds married to such great playing and concept.
BTW Terry:--I, as many others it seems, hope you will continue to moderate this exceptional forum.
And--how the hell did you have time to be involved in so much music and still earn two Degrees?
Respectfully,

Leonardo

But the real question is, does it sync with The Wizard of Oz?

No, seriously.  III is one awesome album and "Since I've Been Loving You" has one of the best rock guitar solos of all time.  I love how you can even hear Bonham's sqeaky kick pedal throughout . . . adds that live realism.  Killer track, killer album.

maxdimario:
I was surprised when I noticed that the 'live studio' track of since i've been loving you was actually taken from the 'concert footage' that was recently published on the DVD with the Royal Albert Hall performance.

the until now unreleased movie shows most of the songs were played while the theater was empty with neumanns and other recording mics all around.

Plant looks like he's having a hard time being serious while talking to the non-existing audience.

the real audience was actually used for very few songs, incl. whole lotta love.

Zeppelin, man...

You found the secret!  You are the first one who picked up on it....BUT, you didn't realise that if you play that exact section BACKWARDS (that is, reversed, back to front, otherwise known as backwards), in addition to all of the well-hidden satanic messages,

IT TAKES EXACTLY 11:11  TO GET BACK TO THE BEGINNING!!!!

Ya gotta do what ya gotta do.  There is more to know than rock & roll.

Thanks!
