mp3's required man.  i respect your list, and the copyrights on that stuff.  but this thread is about direct access to actually audio.  no exceptions.  make a 30 second clip of those tunes and post em.  that's legal.

no worries.  i just want this thread to be a good archive of PSW users, and their work.  that way, if you post advice and some one isn't so sure you know anything, they can come in here and listen to what you do.

i think it's just being fair.

anyway, carry on.

Everything except Paul Super Apple and jnh productions are examples of some of my work as producer, engineer and mixer (and even MiniMoog player on "Desire").  Sorry for that so many have upright bass.  I really have far too many genres to post and this is indie stuff that was handy.

They say the heart of Rock & Roll is still beating, which is amazing if you consider all the blow it's done over the years.

"The Internet enables pompous blowhards to interact with other pompous blowhards in a big circle jerk of pomposity." - Bill Maher

"The negative aspects of this business, not only will continue to prevail, but will continue to accelerate in madness. Conditions aren't going to get better, because the economics of rock and roll are getting closer and closer to the economics of Big Business America." - Bill Graham

Too Much Goin' For You

Guitar, bvox, some keys, engineering, fixing, mixing and keeping the bunch of drunks in my band from pissing on the couch. Some of it worked.

Any of these 4 songs. I produced em and was 'senior engineer', Tom the studios in house engineer asssisted me.

http://www.munkster.co.uk/johnson/a&r/index.htm

1 = Very Coldplay / Jeff Buckley....
2 = Gtr band radio pop - adult contemparary
3 = 'Theme from Friends" type of track - adult contemparary
4 = Foo Fighters / QOTSA / No Doubt / type of sound

I found this band kinda "brought out the best" of my studios equipment.. Some bands we get in make us sound like we only have an 8 track digital porta studio...  Check em out..
