electro-voice v2 ribbon mic
« on: February 02, 2005, 11:31:57 AM »

hi,
i recently picked up an e-v v2 ribbon mic.  can anyone help me find the correct plug for it?  it has a female, 3 pin plug that appears to be a tuchel (maybe.)  it seems a little smaller than the male  version on my old beyer 260.  any ideas?

i seem to remember finding a jpeg of a v2 spec sheet online somewhere too, but now i have no idea where that was.

thanks,
tony

Without actually seeing it, it's probably an Amphenol connector.  Most older EV mics used them.  Any good electronics supply place should be able to hook you up.
