I know there exists a Drawmer gate for PTools/RTAS that looks kinda useful but I've never seen any good gate plugin for DX or VST so far.

Does anybody knows of a good software gate for PC based DAW's?

The FloorFish works pretty well. Reminds me of a Drawmer, in a few ways.

The only other very useful one I've come across is the Waves RenChannel gate. Both the gate and the comp on this are pretty awesome, and you can sidechain via the channel EQ, but the EQ as a strip EQ sucks some pretty hefty balls.
