Some great drum recording tips / Drum Drops sample series
« on: November 24, 2004, 08:01:36 AM »

My friend Mike Pelanconi has very kindly shared some great tips on recording and mixing drums on his Drum Drops website:

Well worth checking out!

Contains some useful tidbits, even for seasoned pros.

Mike P excels at getting amazing drum sounds & inspiring drummers to play at their best. I admire the results he gets.

BTW - his drum drops beats series are BY FAR the best sounding (according to my tastes) and usable drum samples for musicians, songwriters, remixers & producers I have ever heard..

The sounds & performances are SLAMMIN' in full analogue glory...

The latest multitrack DVD's ready to go in PT, Logic , Cubase etc are an incredible value for the $$ I think -  $100  for 14 to 20 full performances.

Drum heaven.

They will not disappoint!

Cheers,
