What is the name of this material and where might it be obtained? Most of the tubed sheets in my mics are splitting and I'd like to wholesale replace all of them.I suppose there may be superior materials now?Maybe rollable sheets of Kapton?

Kapton, Teflon, Mylar should all work.
I don‘t think this is mission-critical as its only purpose is electrical isolation.

I use plastic shim stock that can be purchased in sheets. I've had a set that was made like a notebook or binder, with various thicknesses for some 30 years now.
