I've an Aardsync II which has stopped outputting clock and need to get it repaired.

I've called and emailed Aardvark daily since last Tuesday, leaving all my info and asking for an RMA. No one there answers calls or answers emails. And only once did someone, eric from sales, call me back. What message did he leave? To call for an RMA!

Does anyone know if Aardvark is out of business or on their last legs? More important, does anyone know of someone who could repair my ailing Aardsync II?
