I was just contacted by a gentleman who owns a defective Lomo UM51 w/8A5 capsule.
He lives in western Ukraine and has no access to local Lomo repair resources.

If anyone has a recommendation for a qualified (underlined) Lomo service technician, regardless of location, please post here.
