Tony has had my mics for over 4 years and almost never returns calls, texts or emails. Calling him late at nite does no good either, always get the machine.

I am sorry that you had to go through this.
I find that most human shortcomings will be forgiven if and when you communicate. When you don't, it's an unnecessary energy drain on all involved (including those with the communication problem).
