They do not answer the phone, voicemail is full and response to email is slow.. Very BAD service. I sent them my Neumann TLM 103 for repair three weeks ago and still have no idea what's going on. Does anyone know how to contact Tracy directly? Kim is the only one who has responded, and she seems clueless. They signed for my mic when it was delivered and I have the delivery confirmation, but she doesn't even know where my mic is. I'm in Texas and now concerned that I may not get my Neumann back... I would never buy a mic from these people.
