ELA M931 power supply schematic

I recently acquired a Telefunken badged ELA M931 power supply.  It appears to be the old style L/C supply for AC701's.  Does anyone have a schematic for it?

The ELA M 931 power supply was for the Telefunken-badged version of the Schoeps M 221-series microphones.

David, Thank you for the schematic.  Good to have the paperwork.  I reset the power transformer primary for US voltage, the A & B voltages set with the mic under load; the mic works perfectly.
