Blue Coast Records DSD Downloads on NPR
« on: September 11, 2013, 02:50:09 PM »

I had my first brush with a possible client doing a DSD version of his album for download.  It got me thinking of how I'd actually master for the format.

I just heard this on NPR about the work Blue Coast Records is doing with DSD.

That's really interesting, the advancing of availability of high quantities of data make the opposite of compression a new exciting option.  Imagine, higher fidelity returns, I love this idea.  Thanks for the link.
