There is no delay in my Lexicon Model 93 Prime Time Delay.

Where to start? There's probably a 1000 or more components in your Prime Time. The manufacturer put all of them in there for a reason. They all affect how the unit works. You give us no information apart from 'no delay'.  Is this some sort of magical test? Nobody on this forum could tell you your problem from this info.

Lastly, there seems to be some confusion online about the Prime Time 93’s VCO. I heard it referred to as an LFO in one video and that didn’t sound right to me. I contacted Gary Hall, creator of the Lexicon PCM42 digital delay, who worked for Lexicon at the time the Prime Time 93 was in production.

Yeah, so what did Gary say? It is in fact an LFO.
