Hello All

Trying to find out what part this is ? see attachment It has a thread with adapter in the bottom for a mic stand etc and Germany sticker on the side ( pre or ww2 most probably ? I think ? ) Neumann or Tfunken ? Any help much appreciated.

Your picture shows the lower swivel mount half of a Neumann U47, 48, and (more rarely) M49 swivel mount.
The counter part that is missing is the actual connector housing with cable strain relief.

The  thread converter inserted in your swivel mount is used in modern mic stand applications, as the thread cut into the cylinder does not fit the modern mic stand standard.
