its asked quite often with Wumps - you just need to close your eyes when reviewing

Couple of things ..

True – The blind tests have been spoken of and indeed tried, but, the practise did not continue throughout the group as one could do that themselves, if desired.
Personally, it never fazed me to see more experienced names there, as I always comment on what I am listening to, thus the need never arose etc..

The group numbers is rising, which is excellent! Will do a count shortly.

Also, I have two mixes now.. Will get back to everybody, with more details as things finalize.
If anybody has another, do message me.. thank you.

Participating in the WUMP means that you:
- make the best master you can in ten days time
- upload your master close to the last day of the deadline, to the WUMP_25 FTP folder
- download and comment on the other masters of your group
- post what you did to the mix in the tech notes
- discuss the outcome to their fullest

*** There will be no revisions ***

The WUMP FTP info will be sent to you in a PM.
You’ll need an FTP client to up-/download the files. Here are some freeware versions:
PC: Filezilla
Mac: Cyberduck

Master format:
- 16bit 44.1kHz WAV
- name: WUMPXX-yourname.wav (XX is the WUMP number)

To keep things simple and transparent we go with named files. If you feel that knowing the names will compromise your judgment you could find a way to listen blind.
