Hello,

I have a Studer 961 board with electronically balanced inserts. Is it a problem to connect these to a Manley elop with transformer balanced inputs via a xlr cable with the - connected to ground.
I heard it can dammage the sending amp in some cases when you connect them to transformer inputs a la Manley elop.
ps: I'm far from being a tech-guy...

Are you sure that the - input on the Manley is connected to ground? This would seem a little strange to me.
