Anyone use an Orlab 464A comp-limiter?

Anyone have any experience with this compressor-limiter? I just picked one up cheap.I have never seen one. I haven't used it yet. Any thoughts would be great from anyone that has used one and how compares  against other compressors i.e an La 2 1176 etc.
