http://download.cnet.com/ToDoList/3000-2076_4-10616472.html?
tag=mncol by

I´ve been looking for a simple tool to help me organize projects & contacts and this is so far a very nice program, plus its free.
The bad thing is its only Pc.
Anyway, happy new year!

3. Kill yourself in the garage.
This task seems like it would have a critical deadline.

I have used it and found it to be very handy.
You can put the application on a flash drive and take it with you. The data for it is stored in XML format so that it's portable. (ie. does not require any database).

Each to their own and thanks for sharing but the last thing I feel I need after interfacing with a bunch of interfaces is ... another interface.
Pen and paper has yet to let me down once, I get a sense of satisfaction and calm from ticking stuff off a list.
Have a good one tonight.

I still use a pocket notepad. No, not anything that uses batteries or needs wireless access. Pencil and notepad for me. It never quits... I never lose it. A nuclear blast and it will still work.

After a nuclear blast i would be more interested in Neumune and red wine.
Like Barry said, each to their own, and i have enough of paper with recall sheets and billings and all so this fits my flow great.

Anyone have any recommendations for iPhone apps?
For some QA tasks I'm finding Backline DDP Mobile to be very valuable. See

For project and task management, I love
Things
by Cultured Code ... syncs with a
desktop version
(Mac), too.

Curious -- how are you making use of it?

Hi Dave,
Since iPods and iPhones seem to be becoming a standard listening environment, it allows me to hear what the complete CD will sound like on this medium other than it not being in a compressed format. Secondly I can listen to the fades, spacing, and overall flow of the album at my leisure rather than having to do it at the studio.
It might be great if albums were actually distributed to the consumer via DDP rather than compressed formats.
Thanks for the tip on the iPhone app. I recently purchased 2Do mostly because it syncs up with Outlook, but will check it out as well.
