Tech recommendation for NSEQ-F switched controls mod

This is a bit of a feeler ... I'm potentially looking for a tech who could rebuild my NSEQ-F into a new chassis with switched freq/Q/gain controls.  

If anyone can recommend a tech in Canada/USA for this job please let me know.  Thanks!
