As far as a budget 2-channel compressor, does anyone have any experience with that JDK thingie (used to be called Arsenal, API's budget series)...?  Looks like it might be about $1K street price.

I have limited [no pun intended] experience with the JDK - my impression was that for <$1k a pair of the FMR PBC-6A units was a far better value as they're way more versatile, and in this practitioner's opinion - better sounding.  As always, YMMV.
