Just got this from a friend in England who is a master Hammond guy.

"The Key B instrument I do not care for its basically a windows embedded computer with a tactile control surface nothing more and I prefer the look, feel and touch of the New Hammond Stuff like my XK3."

Eh.

(Got that from WW, it speaks volumes with but a syllable.)

The new Hammond-Suzuki offerings are pretty convincing and do have multiple contacts. The keys don't feel right though.

Main thing is, with the real thing so plentiful and affordable, why buy a more expensive pretender?

Unless you just need something smaller and lighter.

My friend in England is named Bob Goodwin. He is quite the Hammond guru.

Assuming this is the thing I heard Joey D playing at the last Winter NAMM, it sounded like the hounds of hell. REALLY impressive. Of course, it had Joey playing it, so go figure.
I'll get the info and update the thread after I know something.
