PT 7.4 system memory allocation

having major problems with this. can't get above 125 meg. which leaves me at 48 voices on high sample rate projects.
anyone else deal with this successfully?

When I get a high track high sample rate project I always convert it.

i've seen that one, and a few others. still not working.
i guess i just need to completely uninstall PT which SUCKS, but whatever.
