19" guitar tuner
« on: August 05, 2004, 05:17:30 AM »

I need a 19" guitar tuner that can do acoustic instruments too i.e. acoustic guitars with no output as well as electric gtr (and preferably bass too)

Can anyone recommend a model for a professional studio?

Since you said "acoustic with no output", let me recommend the Boss TU-12H.  It has a built-in mic.

You won't find a rack tuner with a mic in it; sorry.

Not rackmount, but check out the Peterson line of virtual strobes... I have the original from about 2-3 years ago and it's been solid, both plugged in and with it's internal mic. Compared to the Korg, which is equally awesome but a good deal more $$, I went with the Peterson for my studio.
