HI I have the same problem with my BCA2000. Have you sorted out yours? I'm working on it with the help of someone from Behringer.
If you need some tips I can let you know what Behringer suggested. If you're good now, could you, please let me know what/where/how you did it? Thanks

yeah,

1. Firmware update (you can do this on your own)
2. Driver 2.0 is announced..install that
3. If you are using it with a PC, get another USB2 Card (about 15 bucks).. but read carefully witch chipset behringer is supporting..
4. if you are religious, this is the best starting point to do a prayer
5. if you are not religious, this is the best starting point to believe in a higher force..Wink

well right..Smile

1. Upgrade Firmware
2. Compare the list of USB-chipsets witch are compatible with the behringer (solution: buy a new USB-Extensioncard with the propriate chipset)¨
3. the 24/96khz function, doesn't work @ all..
4. (or maybe 1.) sell your BCA on ebay

this thing is just typically behringer-computerstuff... works "maybe" 2 years after the bitch is on the market (looking back with the great ultradyne).
