Hello, I'm no acoustics expert, so please bear with my ignorance.
Until June last year, I ran a small live venue wich held about 100 people and was 90 square metres. Dimensions were about 6 mt wide, 15 mt long and 3.5 metres high.
The venue was an old wine cellar and had pretty "live" walls (bricks and stones) and a vaulted (slightly curved, not triangular) ceiling.
All in all the place looked pretty nice and sounded very good and i believe the vaulted ceiling was partly responsible for that.
In your experience, do vaulted ceilings and nice acoustics mix up? Have you ever encountered a space with such charecteristics that sounded alright?
Thank you very much for your help.
