Just as the topic says, im thinkin of setting up a third DAW in my studio.

I can get my hands on a G4 for free and ive been checkin out Wave Editor, it looks really nice and esepcially for what it costs.
I really need to setup something soon for DDP.

I dont know much about macs but do you think it will serve me for that purpose? DDP and some SRC.

The G4 i can get is 1.3ghz Cpu with 1.25g RAM. Its a silvery thing!

Advise?

No reason a silver face wouldn't be good for several good apps. They've proven dependable and still have some juice. Besides apps you can upload/download etc. etc.

Thanks Tom, i think im going for this. Maybe throw in some more ram and extra HDs.
And Wave Editor shure looks nice.
